ПЛАН-КОНСПЕКТ УРОКА

АНГЛИЙСКОГО ЯЫКА В 6 КЛАССЕ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ИКТ

ПО ТЕМЕ:

Whatever the weather

Цели:

1. Закрепить лексический материал по теме «Погода» в памяти учащихся.

2. Обобщить и закрепить грамматический материал

- придаточные предложения реального условия;

- способы выражения будущего времени.

3. Проконтролировать уровень усвоения материала по всем видам речевой деятельности.



Задачи:

  1. Отработка произносительных навыков

  2. Тренировка учащихся в построении придаточных условных предложений

  3. Развитие навыков чтения с использованием опор

  4. Развитие аудитивных навыков.

План урока:

  3. Речевая разминка на основе лексики по теме «Погода».

  4. Систематизация грамматического материала (придаточные предложения реального условия, способы выражения будущего времени).

  6. Совершенствование навыков чтения ( групповая форма работы).

  7. Развитие языковой догадки. Работа с пословицами.

  8. Развитие навыков монологической речи. Составление прогноза погоды.

  9. Подведение итогов урока. Выставление оценок.

Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. Sit down.

Everyone knows that there are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, winter and autumn. Each of them lasts 3 months.

Spring comes in March and ends in May. It often rains in spring, especially in April.

Summer is the hottest season in the year. It begins in June and ends in August. In summer the sky is clear and cloudless. The days are long and the nights are short and warm. Summer brings fruits and vegetables. It is pleasant to spend this season by the seaside or somewhere in the country.

The autumn months are September, October and November. The days are becoming shorter, the sun lose its force. It often rains. It is the season of harvesting.

Winter lasts three months as well: December, January and February. It is getting colder day by day. The sun shines rarely and it snows often. But everything looks so pretty covered by snow.

So in every season there are bright and dark sides. But we must be thankful together whatever the weather.

I would like to express the name of our lesson using the poem “Whatever the weather”. And you will help me with the translation of this poem.

Whether the weather is fine,

Or whether the weather is not,

Whether the weather is cold,

Or whether the weather is hot,

We’ll weather the weather

Whatever the weather,

Whether we like it or not.

Each season is special in different countries. And I would like to know what is special about each season in our region, in our town Volsk?

B. It's mild, but not always pleasant. The weather is often rather cold and windy. It often rains, especially in the west.

A. And it is warm, isn't it?

B. Yes, it is. But our weather is very changeable. It may be fine in the morning and dull and rainy in the afternoon.

Many famous composers and artists expressed the feelings in their works. They are Shishkin, Levitan, Brodskii, Vivaldi and others. Look at the screen and try to describe the different seasons with the help of the following pictures Your task is to fill in the gap the words and words combinations and then to read this description.

In Russia we have both hot and cold weather. Summer brings fruit and vegetables. We can swim and fish. I like when the weather is sunny. Sometimes there are rains and storms. It is usually 300 above zero. Autumn brings harvest time. The trees turn yellow and brown. The sky is grey and it often rains. When winter comes, we are spend more time at home, plying computer, chess, reading books. But we can ski, skate, play hockey and make snowmen. We may get frost and snow. In spring nature awakens from her long winter sleep. The fields and meadows are covered with fresh green grass. The sky is blue. At nights millions of stars shine in the darkness.

In all countries there are many different proverbs and sayings thanks to them people forecast the weather. You can try to do the same. Match the English and their Russian equivalents.


Everything is good in its season. (Все хорошо в свое время)

A storm in a tea-cup. (Буря в стакане воды)

One swallow does not make a summer. ( Одна ласточка не делает весны)

Make hay while the sun shines. ( Коси сено, пока солнце светит)

After rain comes fair weather. ( После дождя наступает хорошая погода)

Rain at seven — fine at eleven. Дождь в семь – ясно в одиннадцать)

April showers bring May flowers. (Апрельские ливни приносят майские цветы)

The grass is always greener on the other side of the

fence. ( Трава всегда зеленее по ту сторону забора)

Sow the wind and reap the storm. ( Посеешь ветер – пожнешь бурю)

The tree is known by its fruit. (Дерево узнают по его плодам)

There is one English proverb “to rain cats and dogs” For example: “ It has been raining cats and dogs for an hour already”


Try to explain this proverb.


  1. Развитие навыков монологической речи.

The weather is an important part of our lives. It can change what we do and how to feel. Therefore, we often need to know what the weather will be like. Meteorologists are scientists who study the weather 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They try to predict or forecast the weather. I would like you to be meteorologists and make a weather chart of the given region for the coming day. Forecast a full forecast, using a legend.

Spring is stormy and wet. Summer is sunny, dry and hot.

Autumn is cloudy and rainy. Winter is frosty and windy.

I like when the weather is sunny/ frosty/ dry.

I like when it snows/ freezes/ rains.

I am cold in winter. I am hot in summer.

Samples.

In Spain it will be sunny all day with wind and temperatures 14-16 above zero.

In France it will be cloudy with winds, sunny periods. The temperature will be 12-14 above zero.

In Britain it will be cloudy and foggy in the morning. The temperatures are 10-12 above zero.



In Germany it will be rainy with temperatures only 10 above zero.
