Внеклассное мероприятие “Mother’s Day”

Цели мероприятия:



  1. Формирование положительной мотивации в изучении иностранного языка.

  2. Развитие речи учащихся на английском языке.

Оформление:

Цветы; домик козлят; декорации, изображающие лес; костюмы, маски.

На сцену выходят два ученика.


1й. Dear guests! Welcome to our party! Today we celebrate Mother’s Day!
2й. Дорогие гости! Добро пожаловать на наш праздник! Сегодня мы отмечаем Мамин день!
(На доске написаны слова “Mother’s Day” – «Мамин День»)


  1. Дети хором поют песню “My Dear Mummy”:

My dear, dear Mummy,

Let me kiss your face!

I want you to be happy

Today and always!


Be happy, be happy!

Today and always!

Be happy, be happy!

Today and always!


My dear, dear Mummy,

I love you very much.

I want you to be happy

On the 8th of March.

  1. Ребята по очереди читают стихи (каждый по одному четверостишию).

Who Loves Mummy Best?
Who loves Mummy best?

“I”, says Fred.

“I give her flowers,

White, yellow and red.”


Who loves Mummy best?

“I”, says May,

“With my dear Mummy

I like to play”


Who loves Mummy best?

“I”, says Joe,

“She asks me to help her

And I always do so”.




  1. Исполняется песня “Mother’s Day”.

Mother’s Day.

I like the way you look,

I like the way you cook;

Now what I really want to say is:

“Happy Mother’s Day!”


  1. Ребята по очереди читают стихи (каждый по одному четверостишию).

Mother’s Pet”
I’m mother’s little pet.

Yes, that’s me;

And my hair is very black

As you can see.


I try to be as good as gold,

and I nearly always do

What I’m told.
I have two dolls, lots of toys

And a brother;

And I’m very, very fond

Of my mother.





  1. Исполняется песня “Helping Mother”. Песня инсценируется. Дети «накрывают на стол»: раскладывают ножи, вилки и ложки, а затем – убирают со стола.

Help your mother set the table

With a knife, and fork, and spoon.

Every afternoon.
Help your mother clean the table,

Take the knife and fork and spoon;

Help your mother clean the table

Morning, night and noon.




  1. Школьники по очереди читают стихотворение “Spring cleaning”, сопровождая слова движениями: подметают, вытирают пыль, натирают пол. На последнем четверостишии – будят «спящую маму».

Sweeping, sweeping, we must do the sweeping,

We must get it clean,

No dust may be seen

While mother is still sleeping.
Dusting, dusting, we must do the dusting,

We must get it clean,

We must get it clean

While Mother is still sleeping.


Polishing, polishing, we must do the polishing

We must get a shine

A beautiful shine

While mother is still sleeping.


Now the house is clean and bright

We have done it quite all right,

Wake up, wake up, Mother, do,

Come and see what we’ve done for you.

7. Инсценируется стихотворение “Three little kittens”.

На сцену выбегают дети в костюмах и масках: “We are three little kittens”.


Выходит девочка, исполняющая роль мамы-кошки: “I am Mother-cat. I have three kittens: grey, white and black. This is a pie. It is for my nice kittens. Come to me, my dear”.
Pupil: Three little kittens,

They lost their mittens,

And they began to cry…
Kittens: Oh, Mother dear,

We greatly fear

Our mittens we have lost.

Mother-Cat: Lost your mittens,

You naughty kittens!

Then you shall have no pie.

Miew, miew, miew,

No, you shall have no pie.


Pupil; Three little kittens,

They found their mittens

And they began to cry…
Kittens: Oh, Mother dear,

See here, see here,

Our mittens we have found.
Mother-Cat: Found your mittens?

You clever kittens,

Then you shall have some pie
Kittens: Purr, purr, purr

Oh, let us have some pie.





  1. Дети в масках и костюмах показывают пьеску «Волк и семеро козлят» (“A goat and seven kids”).

Scene I.

(мама-Коза окружена детьми)

Mother-Goat: Dear children, I must go to the market to buy some fruit for you. Don’t open the door to anybody. Good-bye. Close the door.

(Волк подходит к дому козлят)

Wolf: open the door! It’s me, your mother!
Kids: No, you are not our mother. Our mother’s voice is soft. Our mother’s voice is sweet. Our mother’s voice is nice. We must not open the door to anybody.
Wolf: You are silly kids!

(Уходит)


Scene II

(Волк снова подкрадывается к домику, стучит в дверь, говорит тихим голосом)

Wolf: Open the door! My dear children! It’s me, your mother. I have some sweets for you.
Kids: No, no! your voice is soft, but it’s not our mother’s.
Wolf: But don’t you want any sweets?
Kids: We don’t want any sweets from you!
Wolf: And I have got some nice toys for you!
Kids: We don’t want any toys from you!
Wolf: open the door or I will break it down!
Kids: No! go away! You are a very bad wolf!

(Волк уходит)


Scene III

(Волк подходит к двери).

Kids: Do you hear? Somebody is at the door!
Wolf: Do you give up?
Kids: No! No!
Wolf: Then I will break down the door.
Kids: We are not afraid of you.
Wolf: Do you give up? One!

Do you give up? Two!

Do you give up? Three!

(Волк ломает дверь и врывается в дом, начинается борьба. Пятеро козлят борются с ним с помощью линеек, палок и т.д. два козленка поднимают шум с помощью ложек и сковородок. Волк пугается и убегает).


Scene IV

(Входит мама)

Mother: What’s the matter? What has happened?

Kids: Oh, mother dear! The wolf wanted to eat us.

Mother: My dear children! I am very happy that you are so brave and strong!
(Она целует их и дает им фрукты)


  1. учащиеся хором читают стихотворение:

Mother is the dearest of all the friends I know



She helps me work and helps me play,

That’s why I love her so!
